- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have NEVER had a good experience at the location in Eldersburg. The teller staff are ignorant, rude, abrasive and downright disrespectful. This is not a 'one off' they are consistently rude and unless. So bad in fact that i was not able to pay in two $50 checks to my kids allowance even though they bank there. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They position themselves as the small business/family friendly bank, they are not. I have been banking with them for years and noticed they have shifted in behavior to be JUST another big bank. Due to an amazing display of ignorance I will be banking elsewhere. In fact it's proven to be more profitable to switch given my first day of searching. I CAN NOT recommend BB&T for small businesses and start-ups.By Brad Zimms, October 24, 2016
